Continuous Moments

Personal Work

Continuous Moments is a collage of memories triggered by daily life, and also a way to hold onto fleeting scenes. It is a personal animation project created between 2024 and 2025, inspired by small details in everyday life that make me want to pause and look again.

Using digital animation, I draw these passing stories frame by frame, then recreate them with the colors of Risograph printing, soft yet vivid, blurred yet real. Grainy blocks of color, slightly misaligned layers, and unexpected overlaps bring out imperfections that cannot be copied on a computer. These flaws add a sense of touch, making the work feel less like animation and more like a love letter to the everyday.

It is not a grand narrative, but an honest record of how one person collects pieces of life in the city, with eyes and with heart.
