Shanghai Story is a collection of windows, patterns, and memories.
Inspired by the Art Deco architecture of Shanghai’s French Concession where I grew up.  This zine brings together the city’s old and new windows into one place.

Each page pairs geometry with nostalgia, a window, a pattern, a story. From plane trees and shanghai traditional cakes to hot water bottles and late-night wontons, these details trace a Shanghai that lives on, both past and present.
